To Pay: secure your seat by calling our office and paying a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tours. There will be a payment plan provided for the remainder of the costs. Deposit amount is $500.
Standard cost for this tour is $1350 Twin / $1790 Single but with a 15% Probian discount and the addition of flights or insurance a figure will be calculated to each individual.
Day 1. Launceston | Friday · February 19th
Your coach and driver will be waiting for you to arrive at the Launceston Airport and ready to transfer you to your overnight accommodation. Depending on time, you will enjoy a city tour around Launceston including Cataract Gorge, Launceston’s own piece of wilderness just minutes from the city centre. You will enjoy a welcome dinner at one of Launceston’s renowned
restaurants.

Day 2. Launceston | Saturday · February 20th
Enjoy a full breakfast at your accommodation. Today you will have the option of either of the below: 18 holes of gold at the Country Club Tasmania, boasting an international standard 18-hole golf course, by world famous golfers and course designers. The course consists of a mixture of links and parkland styling, featuring large challenging fairways, water hazards and fast greens. Green fees included together with Golf Cart hire followed by lunch at the Country Club; or for the non golfers, head out to the beautiful Josef Chromy Winery for the Go Behind the Label Tour. Experience wine tasting and an exquisite two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce matched with wine in the hatted Josef Chromy Restaurant.

Day 3. Launceston to Hobart | Sunday · February 21st
Enjoy a full breakfast at your accommodation before departing Launceston. We will travel to Tasmania’s capital city of Hobart, travelling down the Midlands Highway. After close to 2 hours you will arrive at Kempton, where you will visit Old Kempton Distillery. Whisky, gin and liqueurs are all made onsite in the Old Stables. You will enjoy Tour and Tasting – Tour of Dysart
House, grounds, distillery and bond store plus guided tastings of 4 Old Kempton Distillery Spirits. Following the tasting you will be treated to delicious shared lunch platters. Continue your journey to Hobart arriving late afternoon for check in to your accommodation. Enjoy your final nights dinner together at one of Hobart’s favourite restaurants located at Salamanca Place,
within walking distance from your accommodation.

Day 4. Hobart | Monday · February 22nd
After a full breakfast, depending on what time your flight is you will have the opportunity to walk around Hobart’s city centre or waterfront area. Your coach will transfer you to the Hobart Airport for your return flight home.

Cancellations: we can cancel a tour for any reason, we can provide a refund or credit to be used within 18 months.
Travel Insurance: we strongly recommend you obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit for our multi-day tours. We can provide you with a quotation.
Itinerary changes: we reserve the right to alter or omit any part of the itinerary due to inclement weather or other circumstances restricting us.
Safety: Coal River Coaches reserves the right to decline to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of the tour, or who may require services that we cannot guarantee will be available, or if meals (due to certain dietary requirements) cannot be catered for.
